Nanea at Kehalani
Intro to Nanea at Kehalani
Nanea is a tight knit neighborhood in the Kehalani community in Wailuku. Nanea was developed by C Brewer Homes and and the homes were constructed by Spencer Homes in 1998. The broker for the development was our team leader, Dano Sayles. Nanea is nestled on the East of the Honoapiilani Highway and located just North of the new Kehalani Village Center. This community features spacious cul-de-sac streets which limits traffic to residents of each street. The thoughtful layout of homes allows children to wander freely in a private Maui setting. Nanea's eighty home community is small enough to know your neighbor and yet large for residents to roam freely. Truly a multigenerational family neighborhood with deep roots on Maui.
